Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

Sigma Computing is mainly used by our client-facing Customer team to build out customized reporting for clients based on their specific needs.

Pros

  • Nice to be able to make customized reports for each client based on their needs.
  • Easy to copy generic reports over from client to client if lots customization isn't needed.
  • Smooth user interface.

Cons

  • Steep learning curve.
  • N/A for me to answer this question as I don't know the cost for us...although I would assume the ROI is very positive based on what it allows us to do for our clients.
Steep learning curve, it took me longer than I'd like to admit to feel comfortable using Sigma Computing.
I have not tried contacting Customer Support for Sigma Computing.
Sigma Computing has been a good tool for what I use it for, but there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes that I'm not really aware of. Great for building out customized reports for my clients.
