Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
Sigma Computing is mainly used by our client-facing Customer team to build out customized reporting for clients based on their specific needs.
- Nice to be able to make customized reports for each client based on their needs.
- Easy to copy generic reports over from client to client if lots customization isn't needed.
- Smooth user interface.
- Steep learning curve.
- N/A for me to answer this question as I don't know the cost for us...although I would assume the ROI is very positive based on what it allows us to do for our clients.
We've definitely benefited from this. The vast majority of folks on our team (including me) who are using Sigma on a day to day basis to build out reporting do not know how to write SQL queries.
Dashboard views are great. Sigma just recently rolled out new dashboard features that allow us to customize even more.
I personally don't use this feature that often, but it's great to be able to take reporting that other colleagues have built out and use that as a framework for my client's reporting.
This is a little over my head in regards to what is happening on the backend, but it's great to be able to have access to all this data in what feels like real-time.
