Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

Sigma Computing is only really being used by our marketing department at the moment to track traffic and view bookings, conversions, and revenue. For us, it is a tool to get quick insights into conversion rates, looking at traffic sources, device types, etc. We then use this to make decisions through other tools and platforms. It is especially useful when looking at country-specific breakdowns.

Pros

  • It's great at quickly allowing for date selections
  • Customized reporting allows for quick insights into different destination markets
  • Quick tools for data download in multiple formats

Cons

  • UI is a bit dull and in a way that it can't be presented to our partners
  • Lack of customization to our company
  • Advanced settings are difficult to reach and do not always provide the freedom of some other platforms
  • The main ROI is time savings compared to not using tools
  • Slightly better visibility than Google's tools, but not a significant difference
  • Additional costs may require a larger organisation to fully justify
Sigma Computing is very user friendly when set up; navigating data is clean and easy. The tool lacks advanced options that are easily accessible. The main drawback is the lack of choice around chart format and other general formatting that presently requires the data to be exported. Overall it is good, though, compared to other products.
I have never needed to use the support so don't have any experience but have seen that some guides are available online.

  • Access to information during meetings for discussion and briefing other teams
