Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
SIGMA is an amazing tool. It has allowed us to consolidate data across multiple shipping locations to view sales, inventory, and product shorts. The tool is saving our sellers about 3 hours a day. Prior to Sigma, the sellers gathered the information from each location and consolidated the data to review. It is now consolidated for them.

The Sigma tool is extremely easy to use. The learning curve for nontechnical users is extremely fast. If the filters are set up properly, you can hand the tool to a user with little or no training, and they will be able to start using it. Because the tool is extremely fast at consolidating data, we have been able to get ahead of inventory issues and better service our customers.
Again the system is super fast. We can now see data across locations very quickly. Within a location, we can quickly verify we have orders we expected for the day. We have reports to identify customers that haven't placed orders that should have. This gives us the ability to double-check with customers and remind them their orders are due.
We had an internal tool that was previously used. The tool only looked at one location. SIGMA has given us the ability to consolidate the information across multiple locations at the customer product level in real-time.
