Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used a Managed VPS to host my organization's website, and currently using a shared plan for demo and testing purposes.

Pros and Cons

Great Uptime and TTFB (monitored through a third party service)
Support Tickets were solved in a timely manner.
Great Add-ons such as Staging and Caching.

No IPv6 Support.
Less space on shared plans compared to other providers.

Return on Investment

Siteground helped us to keep our website's loading speed.
Faster migration from Staging to Production.
Unfortunately we couldn't implement Geolocation features due to IPv6 Support.

Alternatives Considered

Veerotech, Stablehost, Sitegator and GoDaddy

Better Add-ons: SiteGround caching, staging, etc.
Slightly faster than Sitegator and GoDaddy,
Great customer service, online Chat.

Selected SiteGround because of the extra-add-ons you get for almost with the same price, even on their cheapest plan: CPanel Add-ons, Firewall, Free SSL (not included in the StartUp plan).

The online chat is very helpful when you are shopping around and want to get some answers for hosting requirements, potentially discounts, and also shows how serious they are about supporting their customers whenever they have urgent issues.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for Static and Wordpress Websites.

Shared plans are not suitable for websites that require intensive resources and need scalability for higher volume of users.

One of the best hosting services i've ever used.
