We use Skilljar by Gainsight as our customer education platform. The business problems that the tool addresses revolves round product adoption and delivering different flavors of content to our customer base. Some customers retain information via reading through Help Center Articles, others through live events, and a good portion being self-led learning paths and certification courses.
