Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar by Gainsight

Use Skilljar as the training hub for internal users in the system to do any onboarding and also to host external media content

Great usability and very easy to navigate throughout the system for end users and also for those who are developing content.
WorkRamp was our former tool, we felt for the external experience we were very limited as we can only perform a few different course types with external users.
