Overall Satisfaction with Skillsoft Leadership Development Program
We needed an off-the-shelf solution to provide leadership training. Since we were a small company with an undersized L&D team, we did not have enough manpower to develop programs ourselves. Skillsoft Leadership Development Program bridged our content gap so that we could provide a rich experience to our employees in an appropriate timeline.

- I was not a fan of their LMS
- Their price point was hard to manage on a tight budget

- Managers were able to put professional development training on performance evaluations
They seemed to be more on top of relevant topics and experience. BizLibrary was nothing more than a massive resaler. Whereas Skillsoft Leadership Development Program offered defined paths and topics that we could easily match to career progressions. It also seems to be much more user-friendly. Their customer service also stood out.
