Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use SkyPrep as an administrator to support internal staff but I also use it for public facing webinars. Navigating SkyPrep is seamless; I don't spend nearly as much time trying to locate users or setting up a course as I do with other learning management systems. Users find it easy to locate their certificates and courses. The layout for the course view is clean and easy to view and unnecessary steps to access their modules.

Pros and Cons

Calendar of assigned upcoming events is great to see.
The course settings include a link to the specific course document folder for easy access.
Navigation is not awkward. The layout makes sense and doesn't have unnecessary steps.

Create a dashboard where the admins can immediately see their courses they created.

Most Important Features

Ease of use.

Able to integrate other apps (Zoom, MS Teams, Qualtrics, etc.).

As a user, I love that you can view it on a tablet, phone, and/or laptop. The layout is dynamic in that it automatically adjusts to the size of the screen. The user bulk upload feature is simple to use. As an administrator, the report function is great for a large data review; I don't need to pull a whole report on one person so to be able to see the information right away on a screen and not download a report each time would be great. I don't use the email functions as I share with multiple admins and it's hard to keep changing the information to accommodate the course I am working on. I haven't used the email feature in a while so if it's changed I am unaware.
