Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use Smartlook to review our user's navigation journey. We use it to follow up by making suggestions that the user had clicked on. The clients think we are super intuitive by knowing what they like before they have told us.

Pros

  • Retaining History of IP addresses' website journey.
  • Allows us to block out IP addresses of the team.
  • The speed control is fantastic!

Cons

  • The CSS for my site doesn't load all of the time.
  • The expense is too high for smaller agencies.
Whenever I have posted a question it is answered quickly.
As with all programs, there is some self training that goes into it.

I think this is best for new site launches for about 60-90 days until the site has no user issues. I also wish we could somehow connect to Google Analytics to know what USER search words were.
