Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

It is being used by our Tech Team as well as the operation team. The Tech Team uses it to troubleshoot any reported issue by looking at the user behavior and console that is offered by Smartlook. The operation team uses it to study feature usage and to make decisions on feature improvements and figure out which users need training to use the platform.

There is plenty of documentation that will allow you to easily integrate SmartLook with any platform you are using. When it comes to using a tool, we have to make sure there is proper documentation. This tool also allows API integration to get any stats you need as well as capture sessions in house.
Let me start by saying that Smartlook has never failed! It has captured every single session. The way it works is magic. You can close the browser and yet it will capture the session. At the same time, it does not affect the performance of your platform. We have not had any mission sessions whether a user was using our platform on the desktop or on their phone. Solid job by the team for stability.

If you have a non-tech-savvy audience then this is a must-use tool. You will not have to ask users about the steps they took which lead to a problem. Instead, you will be able to just look at their session and know exactly what they did. Problem-solving becomes a breeze with this tool.
