Dear smartocto user, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with smartocto. It is unfortunate that you have troubles with the tool and we encourage you to reach out to us directly and allow us to help. Our core purpose and goal is to make it easy on the newsroom. As smartocto is a modular solution, offering a wide variety of features and modules, it seems that your company didn’t opt for the module which provides detailed information about the reading depth. Our suggestion is to reach out to the smartocto super-user in your company and ask for more information on the package you have available at your newsroom. Also, sorry to hear that your live view is broken too often - this is, unfortunately, one of the side effects when a company chooses to integrate smartocto with Google Analytics version 3, specifically the past few months. Whenever there is a bug or issue on the data provider side, it reflects in our tool. Smartocto does awesome data collection, and perhaps we can look into the possibilities of moving the service in that direction.
