Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters is being used by the HR and Talent Acquisition team at AOL. It is used company wide. It addresses hiring and interview scheduling.

Pros

  • Candidates can apply to jobs through the SmartRecruiters Portal.
  • You can see who has been rejected, who has applied, etc.
  • You can see the hiring team and add competency questions to the req.

Cons

  • Scheduling functionality...SmartRecruiters is not compatible with the Gmail platform. As a coordinator, my job is scheduling, so I dont use SmartRecruiters to schedule, as it is not compatible with Google calendars.
SmartRecruiters is good for collecting feedback. I would not recommend it for scheduling interviews.

Smartrecruiters’ key mission is to provide all of our customers with the ultimate candidate and internal user experience. There has been many enhancements since your review in 2016, for instance SmartRecruiters is now compatible with Google Calendars and there has been updates regarding interview scheduling.
