Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SmartRecruiters is used across the entire organization. It has enabled our home office to easily collaborate with our 150+ locations to effectively assist in their recruiting efforts.

Easy to use
It is an efficient tool that cuts out any unnecessary steps.
Their integration with social media is awesome!

It is good, but could be better. If there was an email campaign function, this could be drastically improved.

This was the number one reason we went with SmartRecruiters. The range of computer literacy among our hiring managers is so vast, that this was most the most important aspect of which ATS to go with because we knew how much it would impact the adoption rate of whatever tool we chose. Ultimately, it is the reason our old ATS was viewed as such a failure. In reality, it was also a great tool, but everybody struggled with navigating it.

Hiring better quality people and more of them.
Reduced our cost to hire.
No negatives that I can think of.

iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite, Jobvite, BirdDogHR and Hireology

We found SmartRecruiters to be the easiest to use and to be the best fit for our needs.

Likelihood to Recommend

SmartRecruiters is well suited for any large company that is continually recruiting and hiring. It may not be justifiable for smaller companies that don't have a large hiring need.
