Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
It is being used across the whole organization to track new candidates for current open positions. It allows us to track candidates across many different departments and increases communication through the talent acquisition team.
Pros
- Tracking if candidates are applying for more than one position.
- Allowing recruiters and hiring managers to rate candidates through the review function.
- Provides assessments for candidates that can be personalized from the market place.
Cons
- I would like to be able to send out a delayed rejection letter.
- Candidates in the Leads section get lost in the shuffle of the hire process, when we hire someone they should be part of the group that receives the rejection letter.
- Increased communication
- Candidates are informed (better candidate experience)
- Requires a lot of sourcing on professional positions

SmartRecruiters is user-friendly and as a new user, it did not take long to be able to use it in the basic functions.
