Overall Satisfaction with Snagit
The organization did not choose Snagit but I used Snagit in the previous company and ever since, I have purchased a license for my personal and professional use. Snagit helps me to be more productive and taking screenshots adding effects and comments easily, I can have 1 picture that tell the full story or a user manual for my friends and colleagues.
- Screen capture with ease
- Auto saving all my screen captures
- Screen recording is very useful too!
- There seems to have some bug when it comes to longer hours screen recording that it will crash itself. I had to stop recording every 3-4 hours.
- Preset functionality should be short and sweet, and easy to toggle without selecting from the SW
- Please make screen recording with built-in webcam available, I tried screen recording while with webcam turned on, the Snagit will crash on Windows 10.

First of all, this is an integrated software by Tencent and the good side is that it is free to use, unlike other software that you need to pay for it's licenses to use. However, the reason Snagit still outshines Snip is that it is reasonable with the license that comes with bundle of useful features and ease of use.
