Overall Satisfaction with Snow ITSM Enhancer

We are using it to configure and maintain our CMDB, it is very helpful in providing a single point of asset information available in the market to support IT service management. It automatically suns with the CMDB and provides us with real-time data. It provides seamless connectivity and integration with different vendors such as service now.
