Overall Satisfaction with SOCi

We use SOCi to keep our customers informed of all pharmacy news and advice across all social platforms. It helps us ensure we reach all customers, regardless of what social networking they use. SOCi decreases our workload so that we do not have to duplicate work.

I find the image library difficult to use. It is cumbersome to search and not always what I’m looking for. I usually create my own on Canva and then import them to SOCi to use. There could be an easier way but I haven’t had a chance to discover how to do that yet.
SOCi is well suited to businesses that like to keep all of their social media active and in sync. It allows you to create and schedule posts. SOCi helps streamline and create a more efficient work process when it comes to engaging customers on social media. The only difficulty I’ve had is trying to fix any errors that I’ve accidentally posted.
