Overall Satisfaction with Socialbakers Suite

We use Socialbakers Analytics at all social touch points across departments and countries: within marketing, research, PR, corporate communications and customer care. It allows us to track competitors, benchmark ourselves, and easily share information with our C Suite.
  • Incredibly good data visualisation, which is often the 'forgotten last mile' of analytics products: make it very easy to share with Execs without having to pretty it up yourself
  • Great UX, making research quick and fast
  • Best competitor analysis tool on the market

  • I'd like an integrated listening tool, so I can rely on one supplier for both.
  • We really struggle with this metric, but it has allowed us to start benchmarking, as well as build social ROI metric sets per business units.
Salesforce's Radian 6 is too clunky and hard to translate for management. The native platforms are good, but again without competitor details.
All runs smoothly from the operational workflow point of view.
I find the data reliable and comprehensive even in some of the smaller African markets we work in.
I find the visualisation nd dashboard presentation to be Socialbakers USP... much easier to use than most competitors.
I'd like a robust listening tool element added to the analytics.
