Overall Satisfaction with Socio

Socio was used as a virtual user conference platform for our clients. We had many employees present during the conference, across multiple departments in our organization. Socio allowed us to host an interactive use conference, virtually.

Socio is great for a virtual conference as it provides options for the live stream (using their streaming platform, or many others that integrate with Socio). I do not think it is appropriate to use if you want attendees to "type back" during the live stream, especially using their streaming platform. Otherwise, we had a really great experience, and have already recommended it to a sister company. I even gave them a demo and they loved it.
