Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Dameware Remote Everywhere (DRE)

We are currently using it in the IT department to address remote work support. This has been a critical item for the past couple of months and has filled in a gap in support.

Pros

Cons

  • Can be jittery depending on connection.
  • Generic installer creation is not straightforward.
  • Reduced downtime for users.
