Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Loggly
We use it as the main tool for all logs that are being generated within Pernod Ricard applications. Both public and internal apps are supposed to send the logs the generate to Loggly.
It helps us to manage from a single point the access to that logs. Thus, we do not have to administer several tools.

- The search engine particularly quick.
- The ability to separate the access to various namespaces.
- Sometimes the filters for the requests fail and we do not know why
- We had issues with the SSO : the users had access to all the namespaces
- We do not have to spend hours (and thus money) to integrate different log management tools.
- We can give our users (mainly the devs that work on the apps) access to the logs they need!
With Loggly we can manage not only AWS apps but all the apps we have (not only Cloud-based apps).
It is also very convenient to add users that need to have access to a given log streams: we do not need to manage an AWS IAM role/user.
And the search engine is way more easy and very human-friendly!

Loggly is very user-friendly : we never have to explain our users how to use it. In addition to that, it fits well in our multi-technologies infrastructure.
I really like the way we can easily dig into the GBs of logs uploaded each day.
