Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager
Our organization utilized SolarWinds Network Configuration Manager to maintain our network configurations so we could efficiently monitor and manage our network devices, whilst ensuring proper ACLs and configurations. NCM was used so in the event of any disaster that may come our way, be it weather, hardware failure, or a scrambled configuration, we would be able to quickly return to normal business operations.

Using multiple SolarWinds products could have been a much better experience if they share a single pane of glass. The impact of using several products had its benefits, but we also had to have several windows into the environment opened just to see the full picture. We ended up switching to a competitors product line, due to the fact they offered a combination we couldn't pass up, which was a reduction in overall costs, and a simplified and single-pane view of our environment.
