Overall Satisfaction with Solutionreach

I was first introduced to Solution Reach at a previous pediatric office I managed when the company was only about 5 years old. When I came to the office I currently employed with, I could see the need for the services that Solution Reach offers and brought them on board here. They have implemented many new lines of service and products that medical offices can certainly benefit from.
Our patient engagement has greatly improved with appointment reminder calls, which has resulted in a lower no show percentage, group messages to target a population of patients, newsletters with important office and pediatric medicine information, location of patient population to help with marketing strategies, and feedback to us from patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Training. Always available to help!
  • Webinars that introduce and describe new services or best practices on how to utilize their services period.
  • Knowledgeable team with various roles,skills, and expertise to maintain a well oiled machine!
  • An interface that works well with our system. having to call for technical support RARELY happens.
  • An online tutorial of step by step instructions on how to do some of the tricky things like get group messages to function the way we want.
  • Increased revenue from appointments that may have been missed had they not received a confirmation or reminder call about an appointment. Able to fill that spot with someone else...
  • Keeps our physicians in the forefront of the patients minds when thinking about healthcare for their child.
  • We take pride in being a part of a family in assisting them with the care of their children. So birthday reminders and fun flyers or newsletters allow us to stay connected.
Just internal methods provided by individual Electronic Medical Records. None have worked as well or have offered as many services.
In any office that must keep a close relationship with patients and or clients. May not work for smaller offices and some specialties.

I really like how you can reach your customers through email, text, or call.... always a way to reach out to them!
