Overall Satisfaction with Sophos Intercept X

We use Sophos Intercept X (Advanced, specifically) across the whole of our customer base. We find it to be the best ‘one size, fits all’ anti-virus product on the market, which allows to have uniformity among all of our clients. As an overall, we find the product to be very well priced, lightweight on system resources, easy to manage and, most important of all, a solid anti-virus product that we trust implicitly - even on our own systems.

Sophos Intercept X is fully managed within the cloud portal. Here, you can manage all clients under your stewardship. Having all clients under one management pane makes it far easier when managing a large estate as there isn’t the need to log in/out constantly. It also allows better management of credentials as each engineer has their own log in, which can be revoked at will, making for a more secure environment. Inside the management portal, all sections are clear and there is a vast library and support options for recommended practises.
Sophos Intercept X offers a far more comprehensive and stable product when pitted up against Comodo Advanced Endpoint Protection and Watchguard Endpoint Security - both of which we offer as low cost alternatives for customers who are adamant about not paying for Sophos Intercept X - though the price difference of late is negligible. We find the product so much easier to manage and feel the support behind the product is also far superior.

At our IT support company, we look after clients of varying sizes; from one all the way through to the hundreds and we find that Sophos Intercept X (specifically Sophos Intercept X Advanced) is suitable for the vast majority of these. It’s one pane management from the the cloud portal makes it easy as an MSP to manage all of these clients, too. It is maybe less appropriate for those customers who are particularly at risk of targeted malware. We supply these customers a higher level of Sophos product.
