Pros and Cons

Pros

Research pre-requisites well in advance of starting implementation.
Detail oriented in project meetings.
Great post installation documentation and basic training on system.

Cons

Contacting customers for post project survey. I've worked with some great Sovereign employees and I would have liked to give them the recognition they deserve.

Likelihood to Recommend

Overall Sovereign was great to work with. They were very committed to making sure the project was done right the first time.
