Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

It is used in the sales department to help sales representatives track their commissions.

Pros

  • Provides transparency for pay.
  • Gives details for customer accounts.

Cons

  • Seems a little clunky.
  • Only has sizing capability for phone.
  • Has a lot of jargon in details sections.
  • It has not affected my ROI.
It does help me track my sales commissions, but it seems to be a very simplified way of doing it.
I have not used any programs like Spiff.

It does help me know what to expect in my next paycheck and so it is very valuable for people who are paid based on commission. It wouldn’t make sense to use it for a W2 employee.
