Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is used across the AE and AM organizations. It's been deployed to create transparency and simplicity when it comes to our comp plans. We moved from a black hole and sometimes spreadsheets to Spiff and it made a huge difference in the happiness of our sales teams.
  • Presenting what might be something complicated in a way where it's easy to understand.
  • You can forecast income based on closed won opps from Salesforce that are synced to Spiff.
  • Breaks down each deal and the amount made from it.
  • I'd like more control as a user on what data is pulled and how it looks inside of Spiff
  • Transparency to a growing sales team

I feel Spiff can handle any typical SaaS comp plan and present it in a way that sales teams can digest. I also think it can be customized to meet the needs of a complicated comp plan (even if those should not exist!)
Spiff could use a bit more customization from an end user point of view.
