Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff provides transparency on sales commissions so reps can see the real-time breakdown of how their deals are impacting their paychecks. Seeing what they're getting paid allows them to plan for financial goals and can address any errors with what they are owed based on the sales they make.

Pros

  • Ease of use

Cons

  • Better charts to see historical earnings instead of just month by month
  • Improved transparency
Not being able to see how many commissions I've earned over a quarter, year, or specific time frame is annoying. Other than that it's easy to filter through everything and see what I'm getting paid.

Yes

Spiff is really only appropriate for people who are earning a commission. Salary-based roles and contractors who earn a salary or typical paycheck would likely not benefit from a solution life Spiff. I'm not sure what their international capabilities are though Udemy is global so I'm sure it's built out.
