Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We implemented Spiff several years ago to replace a cumbersome spreadsheet process. Although we currently have a small number of sales reps, our compensation plan is fairly complex. Spiff was able to address our unique requirements for compensation true-ups and multiple variables based on quota and solutions sold. Management, Finance, and Reps are able to see compensation changes daily. Spiff also provides accrual data for us. We've seen the product improve over time as they have increased functionality, improved reporting, etc.

Reviewing statements is very simple. Evaluating compensation plans takes a bit more practice.
Spiff allowed for better alignment with sales in that we could move to more frequent payments to the reps.
We felt Spiff provided more flexibility. We were more comfortable working with a smaller company as we felt we'd get more attention and better support.

Spiff is well suited for small to medium-sized companies from my personal experience. It may well be applicable to larger companies.
