Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
A very good tool as it is both easy and intuitive to use. Turned my commission calculation from a manual and time-consuming process (which often lead to mistakes) into an automated one. Commissions are updated in real-time so it also helps keep track of your performance. Never experienced any bugs or technical issues. 100% Recommend.

It has increased my trust in the compensation process, as I feel I have easier visibility into my commission and consequent professional performance. It also takes away the hassle of calculating the compensation manually, as the tool does it for you and it updates in real-time. I do trust that the calculations are accurate as I always check for precaution.
I have never used a product similar to Spiff so I cannot compare it with anything else.
