Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Self-service commission reporting across all of our GTM teams. This allows us to eliminate wasteful conversations between DevOps and the field and allows everyone to focus on the work that matters it’s also useful for leaders to see how individuals are performing to plan and make adjustments to territory alignment etc
