Nice idea but doesn't deliver
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use it to track commission payments with our entire sales team; supposedly helps to address confusion around how much sales reps get paid, when and ensure that they get the right amount each month.
Pros
- Uses single sign on from Google
Cons
- I can hardly ever trust the numbers
- I find the way they represent how quota is broken down, what the goals are per quarter, etc. to be very unintuitive
- It May have minorly decreased commission processing time but the back and forth checking to make sure it was done correctly feels like it's either a wash or a very slight net positive
I would say more visibility but less trust in the calculations
