Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

UI is decently organized though the page timeout isn't a security timeout. All it takes to go back to the account statement page is clicking on a "here" type button. Syncs once a day which is fine, but it'd be nice if it were more frequent. Would be nice if there was a commission calculator as part of the app.

  • Communicates dollars per deal well
  • Better visibility on how numbers were calculated
  • Refresh later in the day if it's only going to be once. It refreshes early morning before any renewals have gone through for the day.
  • For me, it's just a display
Clean, easy, UI
Helps me track my deals as well as shared deals and allows me visibility on if there is issues after a deal has closed.

Yes

It does what it's meant to do - show your commission numbers. Wish it had more functionality but the base function is appropriate.
