Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
Spiff is used to show us - how our commission is being calculated. It addresses the previous issue where employees cannot understand how the calculation for our commission was derived.
Pros
- Calculate our commission.
- Show the target/quota including the percentage.
- Easier to monitor.
Cons
- for me that is not really good with numbers and formulas, it would be easier if there would be a one-pager where we can see how it was calculated not by clicking several links.
- The issue of having incorrect calculation and accelerator.
- For me as an end user - I notice that my commission scheme is going down.
- As an end-user - this will allow me to communicate with the management to discuss my compensation plan.
- It increase the transparency within the company and allow to manage my time more.
