Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to keep up to date with our commissions on a monthly basis. Before Spiff it was a guessing game for employees to know how many bonuses they would be receiving. Often my calculations were incorrect and would be left with disappointment and confusion. Spiff allows for the commission process to be seamless and transparent.

Pros

  • Transparency
  • Accurate Calculations from integrations
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • A way for employees to leave notes to each managers if we feel there is a discrepancy.
  • Now that I can see my commission in real time I work harder to reach my targets
