Overall Satisfaction with Spigit

Spigit is used across the whole organization. We've identified several open topics that will have an "Always-on" type of challenges to capture the normal ideas that people might have related to these general topics. Also, we've identified closed challenges that are sponsored by senior management and these are closed and time bound for people to compete in. It normally addresses problems related to energy saving, cost optimization and process enhancements as well as innovation.
  • It eliminates the need to have a team to evaluate and filter ideas.. make use of the crowd sourcing.
  • Enhances the collaboration of teams.
  • Social and business meet in these discussions that spigit creates.
  • The pairwise should have an indication of which idea was posted first. Some ideas are repeated and we can't tell who came up with it first.
  • Increase employee engagement and efficiency.
  • A much enhanced idea-generation tool than any conventional way we used to have.
  • Promote productivity through innovation.
Spigit was much more innovative with a much better UI and simpler administration.
Spigit is more suited to companies that create products, but we found it as useful for operation focused companies as well.
