Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

Pros

  • With Khoros, I can specifically target certain people and the analytics are great.
  • Khoros is easy to learn, user-friendly and visually appealing.
  • I like how I can see all social conversations happening about my company in one place.

Cons

  • Khoros is great for all of our needs at this time.
  • We are in the beginning stages of using Khoros, but it has helped us so far get visibility into all the social conversations about our company.
I would say that it is cost-effective and makes managing social much easier. The Khoros team is awesome too.

Using Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

It's a great program and we hope to use all the capabilities more and more.
