Overall Satisfaction

After a previous SMMS and some time spent in an accurate search, the marketing department of the company I work for (as Social Media Coordinator) chose Spreadfast. The company was looking for an advanced tool to share among customer service and social media marketing departments.
  • High level of innovation and customization
  • Good if you need to triage
  • Advanced tool for web analytics
  • Canned answers. The way you manage and make available canned answers is time costing.
  • I donno if it's a problem by Spreadfast or by Facebook but it happens that while you are performing actions via Spreadfast there are delays or technical issues in having them done.
  • Pricey
  • Slow
  • Not high learning curve
  • Tracx,Hootsuite,Tweetdeck,Buffer
The truth: till now I haven't found the perfect tool. Depending on your needs you have to try, and test and ask your peers.
Both a matter of cost and complexity. I would suggest to consider Spreadfast to a friend/colleague looking for an advanced SMMS solution, willing to spend some money for that. Beside that I find the Spreadfast dashboard slow.
