Khoros -- A social media arsenal in one elegant, streamlined platform

Caesars Entertainment uses Khoros enterprise-wide. It is our primary social publishing and social listening platform for all of our properties across North America. In addition, we also use the platform to track the performance of our digital messaging and run promotions aimed at expanding our Total Rewards loyalty database.
Pros
- Streamlining the publishing/scheduling of social media content at scale.
- Facilitating our ability to track and respond to online conversations about us in real time.
- Visually conveying how our social media posts are performing, especially as they compare to our competitors.
Cons
- We wish Khoros would maintain at least 24 months of data so that we can properly calculate YoY performance figures.

Khoros has allowed us to have a greater pulse on the conversations surrounding our brand, and the desires of our customer base. This has in turn helped to inform our online messaging strategy and how to make it more effective/compelling.
It is our opinion that, while other platforms may have similar functionality to a single one of Khoros' tools (i.e. publishing, analytics, etc.), no other platform offers the sheer breadth of tools and ability to service all of our goals in one single platform as Khoros does. Khoros is truly unique in this regard. Furthermore, the quality of the educational modules and personalized customer service is something no other platform has.
