Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)
Khoros is primarily used by our data and analytics department. They use the program on a daily basis to analyze trends and topics. They can pull raw data from clients/personal social platforms in order to help understand our target audience. Additionally, they are able to understand the conversations surrounding our clients and the company overall.
I think it is so simple to use and learn. It gives you all the information and metrics that I would need all in one place. You are able to create multiple campaigns in a very organized way. It has all social media platforms all in one place and a great understandable and clean interface.
Social media is huge to our company's overall marketing strategy. We base all of our work on what is happening in the culture so understanding our audience and getting large amounts of data on them is extremely helpful. It has really helped to understand our company's audience and what they are into and talking about.
Khoros has been monumental in our everyday work life. We use it to get data and analytics on our company as well as all of our clients.
I would stack Khoros on top of all its competitors. The interface is so simple and easy to use. Everything I need is all in one place and the most I could ever ask for
Khoros is best for understanding your target audience. You are able to fully understand what is trending and what people are talking about. You can see metrics for every social media platform all in one place. The insight you get out of the data and analytics is really helpful when building your strategy.

I haven't had too many occasions where I've needed to get in contact with their support but when I've had to use them they've been fairly slow. I find myself waiting a long time for support to reply to my issues. It takes a while to get down to the real issues and felt like I was going in circles a bit.
