Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Modern Marketing & Advertising

The main advantage of this module is visibility on paid social media performance, with customizable, user-friendly reporting. It is challenging to onboard agencies in this category and increase the adoption of Sprinklr for paid but after a couple of months our adoption has increased significantly, particularly thanks to some POCs that we decided to run in order to prove the advantage of Sprinklr AI optimizations over Business Manager optimizations.

  • Stories publishing - some features are not available, eg we cannot add some gifs, stickers, pools etc
  • Too many fields to complete when publishing a new post
  • Retrotagging (and also tagging) is quite time consuming
  • Time saved on reporting: no need to request any reports from social media agencies anymore
  • Time saved on optimisations thanks to AI optimisations available on the platform
  • Increased team collaboration: local users have visibility on the best performing content across all the markets
Very responsive team, always ready to jump on a call or provide any other ad-hoc support, both for the central team as well as for the markets. I appreciate the opportunity to organise onboarding calls with the markets when we identify any needs in terms of trainings/upskilling.
We are also using Modern Engagement and both products combined together give us a perfect overview of paid&organic media performance.

Well suited for companies that have a significant spend in paid social media that are able to provide full time resources to drive adoption of the tool across all stakeholders.

Less appropriate if paid media spend is low and if there are no internal resources to look after adoption, advise users etc.
