Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Social Engagement & Sales
I use Sprinklr on a day-to-day basis for publishing posts on our social media platforms. I also use it for community management of all the platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). I manage all of the channels of Philips in Latin America, therefore there are a lot and Sprinklr allows me to have quick and easy access to all of them. Sprinklr is also very user-friendly.
- Calendar for the social media posts
- Easy creation of reports for social media engagement
- Community Management
- It would be very useful if there were already made templates for reports that the user can copy and paste and use for their company.
- Better visualization of the calendar of posts and filtering of those posts
- We mainly use it for organic posting in our channels and it has allowed us to be more constant with this type of publishing
