Overall Satisfaction with Spryker Cloud Commerce OS

Spryker is used as a customer interface for eCommerce and retail. Spryker is used for all eCommerce processes like product search, checkout, order processing and gives customers all the information they need. It is used on all customer touchpoints like online, retail, phone, etc.

Pros

  • High scalability for technologies used.
  • Possible to personalize content, product list(s), and products.
  • Order processing.
  • Easy-to-implement custom features.

Cons

  • Update process.
  • It provides good service for customers in the case of a high growth in traffic.
In the past, we didn't need it.
Easy to use by backend users, and the frontend can be easily customized by developers.
