Overall Satisfaction with Square Customers

I recently subcontracted to a client that uses this software in their business. They use it to manage their sales pipelines and customer base. I found it pretty easy to use over other CRM systems I've used on projects.

Cons

  • Nothing that stands out to me
  • Positive ROI for my client
A lot easier to get your head around and fewer pieces of software are required to manage clients' projects and systems.
A lot easier to use than Infusionsoft!!

I've only used it on one client project, so I don't have enough data or use to answer this. I was involved with a marketing project to generate leads for the client CRM, so I only used a few of the features.
