Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Stackby to manage a roster of clients we offer fiscal sponsorship to. Prior to Stackby I would need to cobble together Drive documents, spreadsheets, email lists, etc. Whereas Stackby allows me to both contain all of those processes in one place as well as then add automation to the mix.

Better formula support and formula offerings for dynamic budgeting and budget forecasting
better non-admin user interface

Saved enormous time in terms of man-hours

Added a level of presentation that was lacking before using only one software for our business solution

Alternatives Considered

Airtable and Infinity

The use case and feature set against Airtable is equivalent if not better and the offer of LTD access as well as specific add-ons make Stackby the better choice every time.
