Overall Satisfaction with Stamps.com

Printing stamps at your fingertips. Literally.

Pros

  • easy access to stamps
  • tracks postage by client
  • self print

Cons

  • mulilocation management
  • upfront fees
  • multiuser functionality
  • Different carrier savings
  • Carrier pricing comparison allowing you to save money
  • Cost Management allowing you to keep track of all postage
Stamps.com is extremely user friendly. They provide a well laid-out platform allowing you to easily maneuver through the site allowing you easy access to manage your shipping and all invoices. It's extremely easy to add money in the account, the software integrates with so many products, adding postage seamlessly.
Although Pitney Bowes offers more postage carriers than Stamps.com, Stamps.com provides a more simpler interface. If you mostly ship via UPS or USPS, Stamps.com ultimately seems to provide a more cost efficient option for your postage which in the long run can save your business more money.

Do you think Stamps.com delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Stamps.com's feature set?

Yes

Did Stamps.com live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Stamps.com go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Stamps.com again?

Yes

It is extremely convenient to be able to print postage from your desk in a snap of a finger. The main issue I encounter is when you work in an office with several employees, you have the possibility of being kicked off if there are too many people logged in at once.
