Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We offer a number of student scholarships and grants annually. The number and range of these awards have grown over the years and became difficult to manually manage. Submittable allows us to have a centralized online management site that has helped to organize and develop proper business policies and procedures for our scholarship and grant programs. It has also increased our student applications and made easier their submission activity and enhanced submission accuracy.

Usability

There are a few areas that are confusing... use of images in forms, messaging, reminders.. otherwise not much.

We were recommended by another nonprofit to use Submittable.. we did not search for other options.

Ongoing scholarships and awards are easy to create and are a vase improvement on older PDF technologies. We have transitioned all of our annual award applications to Submittable and are in our first year of its use. To date, it has proven to be a valuable partner in our efforts to support our students and researchers. There is little that we do regarding our award program for which Submittable is inappropriate.
