Overall Satisfaction with Submittable

We use Submittable for all of our grants and scholarship needs each year. It has helped us shorten processes and track our applicants better. We process 300 applications a year and the program participants find it very user friendly. The customer support is also great for us and for the applicants.

Submittable is super easy to use, accessible to applicants, and affordable. Both the staff, volunteers, and applicants all use the software and it works for applicants from 18 to 80, that's how user-friendly and intuitive the program is. It also doesn't take a lot of time to build out a new form or application process.
Price, ease of use and simplicity of process building. In the other products we explored that cost was significantly higher and we found that for what we are looking for, Submittable provided a much better value and was way easier to use for both the staff running the grant processes and for the applicants applying for our scholarships and grants. We wanted an affordable and user-friendly system.

Submittable is great for grant management, grantmaking, and scholarship awards. It's a very useful tool also when there are multiple reviewers and committees involved in the assessment of the application. The table feature is helpful, but to download the information in a usable report is a pain. Overall a very useful tool for funding.
