Overall Satisfaction with Survey Anyplace

I have a client that offers a free quiz on their website. Depending on how you answer the questions, you find out your love style. We then sync the results through Zapier with Mailchimp. We apply tags to the users depending on their results, we then have automated emails set up to go out to the users depending on their tags.

Pros

  • Quiz feature looks good: One question at a time
  • The outcomes are very helpful
  • Able to integrate with Mailchimp through Zapier (Wish I didn't have to go through Zapier though)

Cons

  • Your prices are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
  • Better reports available are someone takes the survey
  • Offer the PDF download to all plans. Survey Anyplace charges so much more for 5000+ PDF reports generated. We can't afford that.
  • Hurting our annual costs as its way too expensive
  • It has provided the features we have been looking for though
We are currently looking into Jotform. Their prices are much more reasonable. They offer 10,000 submissions a month for $29. Why can't you guys offer something like that? I would fall in love with Survey Anyplace if the price was $29/month. I would tell everyone to purchase it. You would definitely get more clients if you lowered your prices.

I think it doesn't the job for the exact situation we are needing, however if there were more complex quizzes we needed to create, I'm not sure Survey Anyplace would be able to handle it. I wish the reports (graphs and charts) were more visually appealing. Oh and I wish when embedding the quiz, it would all fit on the page and adjust the height depending on that specific page of the quiz. Right now we can only use a height of 600px but the final report is much longer. People have to scroll down within the quiz to see their full results. Some people are not tech savvy and know to do that.
I wish there was a better live chat feature. Seems like I have to wait 30-60 every time I need to talk to someone. Though once I am able to speak with someone via the chat in my account, they have been very helpful in answering my questions or pointing me in the right direction.
They get the job done. We were able to do everything that our client wanted and needed. Its a free quiz on their website, so having to pay $1,500 a year for this service is hurting our bank. My only complaint is the price. If you are able to lower your price or offer promotions, then I would have no problem staying. We are currently looking for cheaper alternatives.
