Overall Satisfaction with Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)

Tableau CRM is Salesforce business intelligence tools used for reporting purpose, with great GUI experience and drag and drop functionality. Currently its being used as a business and analytics team for marketing and sales teams. If you have Salesforce as CRM tool and you want to do CRM reporting then Tableau CRM is the best solution. It has better GUI then any other existing reporting tool, you can build really eye catching dashboards using Tableau CRM. Also as its Salesforce tool so it would provide additional functionality to directly open quote or order from dashboard to CRM tool.

Tableau CRM no doubt has best GUI compare to any other existing BI tools we are currently working on. We are already using Salesforce as a CRM tool for sales/services/marketing and Tableau CRM has easy connectivity and development with Salesforce data. After demo the sample dashboard with different business team we came out with results that all want to go with Tableau CRM.

Tableau CRM is good reporting tool but its limited to salesforce data mainly. also there are very much limitation to perform complex calculations. If you perfect data model is ready in salesforce then its good tool for reporting else its average tool. please first understand you business need then go for implementation.
Overall support is good as they keep updating the tool to fix bugs and other issue related to functionality but still there is a long way to go to make it good reporting tool for all plateforms.
Tableau CRM is very good reporting tool if you want to do sales/service/marketing reporting and your data source is Salesforce. Salesforce connectivity and data refresh is very easy and also very quick. but in case you want to pull the data from other data sources then its very difficult to build dashboard. Also you can not write very complex logics such as snapshot creation etc.
